OUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY

GUERRILLA PRINT SHOP does not refund or have a return policy on any customized items or services (website design, logo design, etc.). We want to be sure you’re as happy with your GUERRILLA PRINT SHOP products as we are. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us in 14 business days to resolve the issue. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx. The cost of shipping is calculated by product weight and distance.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

INS AND OUTS OF GUERRILLA PRINT SHOP'S RETURN POLICY

You can return your item(s) purchased from GUERRILLA PRINT SHOP up to 30 days after the purchase date. Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment. GUERRILLA PRINT SHOP does not offer store credit or gift cards. GUERRILLA PRINT SHOP does not accept returns on items purchased outside of GUERRILLA PRINT SHOP. For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order for the correct item. Exchanges for items purchased outside of GUERRILLA PRINT SHOP not be accepted. All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging. For all returns, you will be responsible for return shipping. All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. You may use a shipper of your choice to return your items. We recommend retaining the tracking number of your return for your records.
